Terms Of Service

01. Commissions are discussed through Twitter messages or through Discord DM's.
02. You need a SFW (Safe For Work), FLAT coloured reference sheet to commission me. No need to be detailed, but I need a picture to draw your commission.
03. I enjoy having artistic freedom, but if you have something specific in mind, please give me an idea of what you would like with as much detail as you can!
04. Please don't edit my art without my permission. Feel free to use it as icon or banner, but remember to leave credit somewhere if my signature isn't visible.
05. You are not allowed to trace nor steal my work.
06. I can draw most of things.
07. I will NOT draw: NSFW, fetish art, mechs, vehicles, detailed city scenes.
08. All art created by me can be reposted but ONLY with credit to my Twitter or DeviantArt. (Version without my watermark is NOT allowed for the public use, only personal.)
09. You can ask for the commission to be private, in that case I won't upload it to any of my profiles.
10. You CAN'T use the artwork for any commercial and profit purpose.
11. I have the right to cancel a commission without explanation.12. If you commission me, that artwork may NOT be used to train any AI generators of any kind.

Price, Payment and Refunds

01. I take payments only through PayPal. I need your PayPal email to send you the invoice.
02. I will not start on a piece until full payment has been made.
03. Prices ARE negotiable depending on your financial status. If you can’t afford it all at once, we can sort out a payment plan!
04. I DON'T accept refunds since commissions are my only source of income.

Process and Updates

01. I will always send a rough WIP sketch after payment has been completed.
02. Edits are possible ONLY during sketching/linearting/flat colors phase! Make sure everything is correct at this point!
03. I'm usually good at keeping up with messages. If you are curious to see the progress, please feel free to message me. The best time to reach me via DM will usually be weekdays 11AM-7PM CET.
04. When project is complete you will get .png files sent via stash link/email.
05. During weekends I may post personal work but I WON'T reply to messages until the Monday.
